THE BEATLES - 'PLEASE, PLEASE ME'
This top sounding UK mono pressing dates from late-1963 on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PMC 1202
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK...' text but have 'Recording First Published..' statement and 'The Parlophone Co..' rims.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in the centre of the side 1 label.
Matrices: XEX 421-1N & XEX 422-1N
Stamper codes: 1,12/RDP & 14/RAD
Vinyl weight: 145g
Housed in a front laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' cover with rear flipbacks and a large front mono indicator.

Labels: MINT -
An immaculate pair with just ONE spindle trail either side of each centre hole.
Visual: Side 1: MINT - Side 2: EXCELLENT
Both playing surfaces are essentially 'as new' with the exception of a noticeable clouded mark on side 2 made as a result of long-term storage (a little of which can be seen in image #9). However this does not affect sound or play.
Audio: MINT -
Played once after purchase and then stored, this disc sounds the same as the day it was purchased. Aside from a hint of vinyl background between tracks, there is nothing to fault.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A beautifully clean & glossy front panel with no scratches, 'thumbnails' or any other issues. The corners are in nice shape too. The rear panel is clean but careless storage has caused some staining, chiefly to the lower left corner sadly spoiling what would have been an archive copy.
