: A SUPERB SECOND PRESSING OF THIS ORIGINAL 1966 UK BEATLES REVOLVER ALBUM.

This is an original 1966 UK Second Pressing mono issue vinyl LP for The Beatles seventh UK Album Release,‘Revolver’. Originally released on the 5th August 1966.

The LP is on the traditional Black & Yellow Parlophone Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘P Date 1966’, Sold in UK and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.

Both record labels are in superb Excellent condition, both record labels are undamaged, all printed text is unfaded, all that is visible are a few signs of play to the centre of the labels. The record labels have the same style font on both sides, with the abbreviated **Dr Robert** song title.

The official machine stamped Matrices, Side 1, are XEX 605-2 and Side 2, XEX 606-2.

Side 1 stampers markings: 4 TR, Side 2 stampers: 4 GL. There is an embossed *KT* tax code visible on the centre of the side 2 record label.

Both sides of the vinyl disc are in superb Excellent Plus condition, the heavyweight vinyl disc is a really nice example, with just a couple of very light surface hairlines, there are NO deep scratches or scuffs.

The LP plays without faults, a beautiful smooth and clear mono sound quality, even on the quieter tracks, there are NO clicks or pops and NO background crackle.

The LP comes in it’s original Made in Great Britain inner bag, and is housed in its original first issue Garrod & Lofhouse Patents Pending, ‘mono’ front laminated sleeve with three flipbacks to the reverse.

This mono Picture Sleeve is in beautiful Excellent Plus to Near Mint condition. The front panel is super glossy with just mild LP storage signs and a laminate crease at the top.

The reverse panel of this sleeve is in super clean condition, the black back panel is undamaged without the usual ringwear and finger marks, all edges and spine edge are perfect.

This is an extremely nice example of this second issue original 1966 Beatles UK Revolver album.
