Description

This 12” diameter, 33 1/3 rpm, long-playing vinyl record is The Beatles “Rarities”, Capitol #SN-12009 ©1978. Matrix numbers are SN-1-12009 G-4 and SN-2-12009 G-4. As you probably know, this album was pressed in an unknown quantity and withdrawn before release. No jacket was produced for its aborted issue. It came to me in a generic, die-cut white jacket and that’s the way I’ll ship it. The record’s playing surfaces are glossy and shiny black. It does have a few fingernail-type scuffs and hairlines. I suspect it’ll play close to near mint although I haven’t tried.
