An original UK 1993 promotional press kit for the albums ‘1962-1966’, also known as ‘The Red Album’, and ‘1967-1970’, also known as ‘The Blue Album’ by The Beatles. The kit contains a CD with an interview with George Martin by Mark Lewisohn, a 17-page transcript of this interview, which has notes made by the previous owner in French on the reverse, is also included. A 6-page information sheet with details about the CD release and also the album listings for each of the albums, 2 white black and white photographs, 3 5.5cm (2.25 inch) square positive transparencies of the band, 2 CD inserts for each of the albums with information regarding the respective album and lyrics, a booklet containing The Beatles full catalogue and a VHS tape which contains extracts from ‘I Want To Hold Your Hand’, ‘Help!’, ‘Hello, Goodbye’ and ‘The Fool On The Hill’.
