Description


Parlogram is delighted to have been commissioned to sell one of the largest collection of Beatles vinyl to come onto the market for many years.

This once-in-a-lifetime collection comprises over 2,000 LPs, 1,000 45s/EPs & many box sets from virtually every country/territory where Beatles records were released.

All records will be sold exclusively on Ebay in auction format only (no 'Buy It Now' offers please) and WITHOUT RESERVE.

Due to the number of discs listed each week, gradings are visual only. However we are happy to provide audio grades on request.

We begin 2014 with part 1 of the Japanese LPs - arguably some of their finest sounding pressings

This 1st Japanese RED VINYL stereo pressing dates from initial October 1966 release with black & silver Odeon labels: OP-7600

Matrix numbers: YEX 605-2 & YEX 606 3

Vinyl weight: 149g

Housed within a glossy, heavy card stock cover with '1,750 YEN' price on the rear panel & 4-page lyric sheet & original inner-sleeve


CONDITION

Disc: VERY GOOD

Played many times with moderate surface wear and some noticeable scuffs but nothing I would call a scratch.

Cover: VERY GOOD

A respectable example with light storagewear throughout. There is moderate shelfwear but all seams and the spine are fully intact.

Lyric Sheet: GOOD

Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
