Description
The Beatles - Revolver
This great copy of the Beatles seventh studio album is a complete and original MONO UK 1st pressing on the much sought after yellow and black Parlophone label.
The record features a rejected remix (remix 11) of ‘Tomorrow Never Knows’. This was changed to a latter remix on subsequent pressings after George Martin requested EMI paused production. It is unknown how many remix 11 copies exist.
This copy comes with front-side laminated Garrod & Lofthouse flip-back sleeve with small solid mono aural signifier to the front side and Dr. Robert misprint to the rear.
The album does not have it's original inner sleeve.

Vinyl: VERY GOOD ++
Labels: VERY GOOD +
The labels are bright and clean without writing. Visible spindle wear can be seen to both labels. There is no writing.
Visual: VERY GOOD ++
Visually the vinyl surface retains the original deep gloss factory finish. In bright daylight no surface marks can be seen on either side.
Sound Quality: VERY GOOD ++
The audio is near perfect! As to be expected of an early mono record, the bass is punchy, the vocals are crisp and clear and the instrumentation is well defined. There are no pops, no skips and no jumps.
Sleeve: VERY GOOD +
The sleeve looks great! The front laminate retains the original lustre and the cover art maintains bright colours. There are a couple of laminate ripples . The rear is very clean, the flip-backs are all attached. There is no sign of ring wear. The spine shows only minor wear. The top and bottom edges are without wear. The opening edge shows only minor wear.
This record will be sent via an insured courier in a padded vinyl mailer.
