Description
Original 1966 UK mono vinyl copy of Revolver.
This is a -2 matrix copy - see Discogs entry number 4546445 for details. Matrix info is,
- Matrix / Runout (A Side Runout. Variant 1): XEX 605-2
- Matrix / Runout (В Side Runout. Variant 1): XEX 606-2
Working to strict Goldmine grading standards (www.goldminemag.com/collector-resources/collecting-101-grading-your-records), this sits somewhere between Good+ and Very Good condition - there's low level surface noise throughout, with some pops here & there, but no skips; background noise remains evident throughout some quieter tracks.
Vinyl condition-wise, hopefully the photos show things clearly - both sides have light scratches viewed under sunlight and Side 2 has some deeper marks as shown (although as stated above, no skips); capturing these on camera isn't always easy, but I've tried to give as clear & honest view as I can.
Sleeve is Good Plus - it has a stain on the back (shown), some creases, ringwear on the back and the spine is as shown on the photo - there are no tears or seam splits, however, and it comes in good quality period EMI inner sleeve, as shown.
Album will be well-packaged, with poly outer sleeve & suitably protected in high-quality cardboard record mailer.
All in all, this is a decent "player" copy of the 60's original & is sold at a price representative of that.
