This superb sounding UK STEREO pressing dates from October 1969 on the 1-EMI box Parlophone label: PCS 7009

Both labels have' The Gramophone Co..' worded rims.

1st pressing matrices: YEX 605-1 & YEX 606-1

Stamper codes: 3/GGM & 1,5/LO

Vinyl weight: 155g

Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed stereo cover without a stereo front indicator.

Complete with original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

 

CONDITION

Visual: EXCELLENT +

Clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight with just a few barely light wispy marks & a sparkling rainbow shine visible directly beneath halogen light. Both labels clean & unworn with no spindle trails visible around either centre hole.

Audio: EXCELLENT +

Clear & unworn sound quality throughout with just a trace of low-level vinyl background on the run-ins and between tracks.

Cover: EXCELLENT

A strong and clean example with an unworn high-gloss front laminate bearing no 'thumbnails' or creasing. All corners and both opening edges are in nice shape with no bumps or tears. The rear panel has some light handling marks but is otherwise free from any signs of wear. Both seams and the fully worded spine are in perfect condition.
