Description
Here for auction is Revolver by the Beatles, released in 1966, cat. no. PMC 7009 on the Parlophone label. This is the very first mono pressing, the sought after rare “withdrawn mix”, matrix no’s XEX 605-2, XEX 606-1. Please note the following: The record has a slight warp There is NO LP COVER. The vinyl has quite a few scuff marks and lines, none really feelable. However, even though the record plays with plenty of crackle and clicks, there are no skips or jumps and is quite punchy when turned up! Included is the original “Patents Applied For” inner sleeve which has age staining and is sellotaped in two places down one side, with a slight split on the bottom (not sellotaped) and on the other side (not sellotaped). Not perfect but a real collector’s item and a chance to own this sought after withdrawn mix. Please see all photos. I’ve tried to capture the slight warp in one of them. It doesn’t affect play though. Record will be sent in a strong mailer, and sent first class signed for. Any questions, please ask. Thanks
