Description
The Beatles classic album Revolver in Mono, original release from 1966 on the black and yellow Parlophone label, PMC 7009. The labels have Gramophone rims and state sold in UK etc. This is one of the Rare labels with Times New Roman TNR font style. Labels also state Dr.Robert and are in excellent condition with just a few spindle trails.
Both sides of the vinyl are in excellent plus condition and retain a very deep shine to them.
The record plays excellently too with no jumps or repeats. I can't emphasise enough how good the vinyl is.
The cover is a G+L manufactured 3 flap issue. The front panel is in excellent plus condition with a deep shine to the lamination. The rear panel is excellent too with no marks and still very black with no scuffs etc. but sadly there is a 3cm piece of the left hand bottom flap missing and a 5cm tear to the flap, please see the pics. If I were keeping this I'd repair it with a piece of an old sleeve but I'll leave that up to the new owner. The spine is fully readable and uncrushed.
Comes with the original plain inner sleeve.
A really lovely copy of Revolver with a rare label.
Matrix and stampers are xex 605-2 and xex 606-3, GDM1 and PA4, there were no dash 1 copies with TNR font style!
