We begin 2014 with part 1 of the Japanese LPs - arguably some of their finest sounding pressings
This 1st Japanese RED VINYL stereo pressing dates from initial March 1966 release with black & silver Odeon labels: OP-7450
Matrix numbers: YEX 178 7 & YEX 179 3
Vinyl weights: 144g
Housed within a glossy bi-flipback cover with '1,800 YEN' price on the rear panel
CONDITION
Disc: VERY GOOD
Both playing surfaces are clean but do bear some light surface marks and scratches consistent with frequent play. However, none are deep or feelable or likely to affect play.
Cover: GOOD
Clean & unworn but downgraded due to a rather obvious 10cm tear on the front panel & a 4cm upper seam stress.
