The Beatles - Rubber Soul

(Parlophone PMC 1267 UK LP 1965)

 

This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve, & comes with its original tracing-paper lined Emitex inner sleeve. 

The record has black and yellow Parlophone labels. They have "The Gramophone Co.." and "Sold In The UK..." texts. The matrix numbers are XEX 579-5 and XEX 580-1. The mother stampers are GOM 5 and GDH 2.

 

Sleeve: There is a small name written neatly on the rear sleeve. There is also a bit of wear to the bottom flipback. Otherwise very nice. VG+ condition.

Vinyl: There are moderate sleeve rubs that can be seen under a strong light, and some light hairline marks and some light scuff marks too. These are mainly on Side 2. Side 1 is VG+, Side 2 is Good condition. Good+ condition. The labels are clean but show moderate spindle wear. Plays very well indeed. With only light crackle in some of the quieter places. The Emitex inner sleeve is in very nice condition and has no seam splits.

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
