Description
The Beatles - Rubber Soul - Stereo UK 1971 XEX 178/179-3 Pressing Vinyl LP.
The LP has obviously been much played and has light scratches (see example images).
Side 1 plays excellently with only very light surface noise between tracks.
Side 2 has slightly more noticeable surface noise at times but this is not overpowering.
The LP is therefore aurally graded as a strong Very Good in line with the following Goldmine standard:
“Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise.”
The flip-back outer sleeve and inner sleeve are in great condition and are graded as Very Good Plus in line with the following Goldmine standard:
“Picture sleeves and inner sleeves will have some slight wear, slightly turned-up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear, and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation, or cut corner. “
NB prior to listing, the LP has been cleaned on an Okki Nokki RCM with L'Art du Son fluid and stored in a ‘MoFi-style’ inner sleeve.
