THE BEATLES - 'RUBBER SOUL'
This wonderful sounding UK 2nd MONO pressing dates from early-1966 on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PMC 1267
Both labels have the 'Recording First Published...' text and 'The Gramophone Co.' rims.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 1 label.
Matrices: XEX 579-4 & XEX 580-4
Stamper codes: 4/GAO & 6/GPR
Vinyl weight: 163g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed mono cover.
Complete with its 'Use Emitex...' rice-paper lined inner-sleeve.

A fine clean & unworn set bearing a handful of faint marks around the side 1 centre hole with less on two.
Visual: MINT -
Both sides of this thick, high-quality pressing are 'as new' and unmarked in strong daylight. Even close examination directly beneath halogen light reveals only some harmless wispy paper hairlines from the few times this gem has been removed from its inner-sleeve. You won't find a cleaner looking copy.
Audio: MINT -
Played just a couple of times on high-end equipment, all tracks on this masterful cut play cleanly and clearly with no trace of any groove/playwear distortion - even on 'Michelle' and the introduction to 'In My Life'. The entire album is wear-free with no clicks, pops or other such distractions. The only extraneous noise on this wonderful copy is a touch of regular vinyl background between tracks. We guarantee that you won't be disappointed with this copy.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A very fine example which is clean, strong and fully intact throughout. The front panel is richly coloured and retains a sparking, unworn laminate with no 'thumbnail' wrinkles or creasing anywhere. All corners are sharp and square with no bumps or bruising to any and the opening edges also show no signs of wear whatsoever. The rear panel is perfectly clean & white with no blemishes or any kind anywhere. All flipbacks are in-place and both seams and the spine are in perfect condition.Tough to upgrade this beauty.
As good as these get.
