Description
The Beatles SGT PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND Orig CAPITOL LP release from 1967 in MONO MAS 2653 rarer JACKSONVILLE 1st pressing with extremely rare 2nd press cover which has NEMS ENTERPRISES LTD, 1967 on the lower left - rather than the lower right very few copies were printed this way because they had to get the 3rd cover out quickly, moving the NEMS copyright to the right, along the spine and adding MACLEN MUSIC on the right also original CAPITOL custom inner sleeve and cut out INSERT included 1st press matrix 3s ending in G22/F13#2
VINYL - EXCELLENT Dark black and very glossy. A few scuffs and very light hairlines that have no affect on playback. Clean 1st press JACKSONVILLE labels. No "WITH" on "A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS" absolutely 1st label. Excellent player - no noise - just music start to finish.
JACKET - VG+ Nice and tight. Sharp corners, clean edges. Spine text is actually on the back edge because of the way the rear slick was applied but it is completely legible. There is a small bit of writing lower right on the back in pen. No names, stains, dents, rips, seam splits, cut outs, punch holes, stickers or stamps. Original inner sleeve and insert in great shape as well. Complete and well presented.
