The

Beatles

Second Album

Original 1964 issue. Capitol Records T-2080. Mono black rainbow labels without subsidiary print.  Running times for "I Call Call Your Name" & "Long Tall Sally" are not present. This is an outstanding example of this 46 year old LP! The record has been played just a few times but has been very well cared for & the vinyl retains its gloss with only a few very light & slight wisps of paper scuffs. Each label is glossy, bright & vibrant with a couple of spindle marks that can only be seen from an angle if you look really close. Record lays perfectly flat. Front cover has The Beatles in a brownish/red print. There's a rub/smudge close to spine & some very faint purple marks towards bottom right that do not detract (see pic). The back cover is perfect & looks like it just came from the factory with RIAA #6 & monophonic microgroove statement on back cover. The inner sleeve has a 3" bottom split & is an amazing hue of blue & looks like it was just printed, flat & crispy. Don't miss out on this one. The only real upgrade from this LP would probably be to a sealed copy.

Additional Information

All of my records & other items have been continuously stored upright in a temperature controlled, smoke-free clean environment in poly sleeves. Most LP's have been stored in their album covers in special non scratching, anti-static sleeves and not in the original inner sleeves they were issued with. The original inner sleeves, posters/other items are included unless otherwise noted. All labels are mint unless specified otherwise. I grade visually & I grade very strictly. Standard Goldmine system. The majority of my records were played once for taping (remember cassettes?) or not played at all due to duplication. With few exceptions, I believe the only truly mint record, or other item, is one that's still sealed. If your invoice is not correct, you can make your own adjustments or request a total from me. Communication is important. Please ask questions before bidding.
