Description

The Beatles-The Beatles Second Album-RARE Taiwan Asia LP with Blue Cover~LW-326! This listing is for the vinyl record from The Beatles, titled, The Beatles Second Album. It was released in 1964. This listing is for a Taiwan pressing which I believe was also made in or around 1964. (New Voice Records LW-326~Original Taiwan First Pressing-Stereo. I believe that New Voice Records was a division of Large World Records, which was the major record label out of Taiwan.) The vinyl is shiny and visually grades only VG, with some light scratches, some dirty spots and a slight warp. The warp does not affect the play of the record on my system. It played through on both sides fine. The record plays much better than the visual grade, with limited light background noise on some of the quieter parts. Overall the record is very enjoyable and play grades VG+ to VG++ on both sides. The jacket is a rare blue cover with red pictures. It's a flimsy and thin jacket, but together well and in a protective plastic wrapper. It's together well and grades VG++ with some corner wear and a few inches of edge wear near the top.

  • SONGS: The record has 11 excellent songs and it's a rare one: Roll Over Beethoven, Thank You Girl, You Really Got A Hold On Me, Devil In Her Heart, Koney, You Can't Do That, Long Tall Sally, I Call Your Name, Please Mister Postman, I'll Get You and She Loves You. That's the record, good luck bidding!
  • CONDITION: Record: Visual grade is VG/Playgrades in the VG++ range ::: Jacket: VG++
  • Please note that all of my records are original U.S. first pressings; unless noted differently; where I write the record label and label number at the beginning of the description. For grading I use a bright light to inspect each record for any possible scratches or marks. I also play grade all or parts of every record I sell.
  • For U.S. buyers; the cost of media mail shipping and the box and packing supplies totals $4.00 and each record adds only .50 to the initial $4.00 charge. Please note also that New York State buyers must add 8% sales tax to their winning bid price.
  • For Canada orders the cost of first class shipping and the box and packing supplies totals $8.00 and each record adds $2.50. For the rest of the world the cost of first class shipping and the box and packing supplies totals $16.00 and each record adds $3.
  • For packing I use a professionally made vinyl record box and 2 extra cardboard filler pads that surround the record for added protection.
  • Here's the grading scale that I use.
  • RECORD GRADING
  • SEALED: Still brand new and factory sealed
  • MINT: The record will not be sealed, but it will be perfect and still look brand new and unplayed.
  • NEAR MINT: The record will be very clean and shiny, with no scratches or marks andit will play great.
  • VG++: The record will very clean and shiny, with just a couple of very light scratches or very light marks, that will not affect the play. The record will play very well.
  • VG+: The record will be shiny with some light scratches. The record will play well, with either no background noise; or with just a bit of light background noise. Usually the light background noise would be on quieter parts or at the start or end of a song
  • VG: The record will probably have lost some shine and it will have some scratches or scuffs. The record will play with some background noise on parts, but it won't skip and will be enjoyable
  • G+: The record will have more scratches and marks than VG and will play with more background noise. It won't skip but will play with noticeable background noise on parts
  • G or Fair: The record will play worse than G+, but also should not skip. I don't sell many records graded G+, G or fair. I usually only list G+, G or fair graded vinyl when it's a very rare record
  • JACKET GRADING
  • SEALED: Still factory sealed
  • NEAR MINT: The jacket will have no flaws. It will have no corner wear, no cover wear/ring wear, no writing, no seam splits and no cut outs, drill holes or cut corners. The jacket might or might not be in shrinkwrap.
  • VG++: The jacket will be just a notch under near mint with 1 or 2 very minor flaws. Perhaps a bit of corner wear or just a bit of very light cover wear or very light ring wear.
  • VG+: The jacket will be in nice shape, with some corner wear and maybe some light cover wear or light ringwear.
  • VG: The jacket will have more noticeable flaws with heavier cover wear or ring wear, plus maybe a small seam split in the 3 or 4 inch range and maybe a name written in small letters near a corner.
  • G+: The jacket will have even more flaws with maybe a crease, some surface scrapes, more writing and larger seam splits; with heavier cover wear
  • G: Even worse than G+ but still useable
  • fair: Many flaws and only used for very rare records or if the actual vinyl grade is VG+ or better
  • Please check my feedback and bid with confidence!
  • Thanx a lot for your time and interest!
