Year: 1968 First Issue, Second Pressing. No. 0623081
Vinyl Condition: G+
Sleeve Condition: VG
Notes: This version is the first issue, second pressing with dark green labels with added “An E.M.I. Recording” text to the left of the labels, above the “33?” and “Mfd. in U.K" text. Top opening G & L gatefold sleeve, Black inners, poster & 4 colour prints, Numbered edition. The first pressing was released without the 'E.M.I. Recording' text in error, which is why this issue was quickly released. The top-loading sleeve has some spine wear but other than that is very clean and tidy. It comes with the poster (whish has been taped), 3 of the 4 photos (no Ringo) in EX condition and 2 original black inner sleeves in reasonable nick. My Ref: No.2 Matrix:

The vinyls show a good deal of wear although the only issue is that there is a fair amount of surface noise, especially between tracks but there are no pops or jumps or loud clicks and it is still a great listen of a sought after version of this album.?
All albums have been play tested on my Pro-ject Debut III with standard Ortofon cartridge. I don't often sell albums that are graded below VG - usually only when they are quite rare examples. With albums of G+ or less grading which are typically very well played and scratched, I have found it impossible to assess whether a scratch results in a click or a jump as it depends what set up you have. I will still make every effort to point out where feelable scratches are present.
