SLEEVE AND VINYL GRADING
VINYL (Visually) : SIDE 1: VG++ - EX
No deep scratches, marks, scuffs. Glossy black wax is in superb condition. Very light, if any signs of use and the odd faint whispery surface mark.
SIDE 2: VG++. No deep scratches, marks, scuffs. Glossy black wax is in superb condition.
VINYL PLAY GRADE: VG++ - EX
I have sat and listened to the album in full before listing on Ebay so please be assured that there are no jumps, loops, skips or whatever. The vinyl plays through superbly with no crackle, hiss or loud pops. Between songs where there is no music playing you might have the odd and very quite audible static noise but this is natural and does not affect the play or listening experience of this great album. An excellent example of this incredible LP. Loud pressing.
SLEEVE: VG++
This sleeve is the RARE Wide Spine version which was quickly discontinued and swapped to the standard thin spine of which most people own making this a very rare and early pressing, graded at VG+ - EX condition, no rips or stains.
Front of gatefold: Super clean and smooth, no rips and just a few very faint creases in the laminate, no peeling. Very slight storage wear or corners.
Back of Gatefold: Smooth and clean back with a couple of creases in the laminate. Bottom left corner, the laminate has cracked ever so slightly. Slight sticker residue on bottom right corner.
Inside the gatefold: Clean, smooth and free from stains, brown spots, rips and so on. In the very centre of the gatefold along the inner seam is a crease. This looks like its been there since manufacturing and the laminate has come away ever so slightly. No real damage as such but this is shown in the picture. Straight spine, no rips, fully laminated.
INNER SLEEVE: The original Red and White Psych sleeve is still present and in EX condition. No rips but does have slight age toning.
LABELS: VG++ - Ex.
Very little signs of use, if any. Labels are bright, clean, rip free and have the "Sold in the UK" text running under Parlophone.
SGT. PEPPER CUT-OUT SHEET: The cut-out sheet is in excellent condition with no rips, creases or cuts and all present.
This full-set LP is so hard to find in such superb condition like this and with the very early Wide-Spine sleeve making this a very sought after LP.
