Description
The Beatles, Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. I think this is 2nd Pressing, as no coloured inner sleeve, and Made in U. K. on labels. Not Made in.U.K. so not that variant. Can't be 100% sure, but certainly early pressing.
Run outs:
YEX 637 1, stamped P 2?
YEX 638 1, stamped O 2?
Spine is wide.
Sleeve is bright, has some damage and wear commensurate with age. The insert has no creases, but has warped a bit (clearest in picture of back of insert) presumably due to moisture at some point. The rest of the sleeve is unaffected.
Vinyl is very clean, with very few superficial marks. Plays with no skips and little background noise. Good copy for age.
I am selling for a neighbour who isn't on Ebay. An ex radio sound engineer, so I'm not surprised the vinyl has been looked after... I have not cleaned it, this is it after 50+ years..Have a look at his other items if interested. More may follow in February if this first lot go smoothly.
Please note that postage will be 48 hours and I will combine postage, to the £150 insurance limit. Alternatively, buyer can collect from NE47 or NE1.
