Hand Signed By Sir Peter Blake.
This auction is for a HAND SIGNED copy of the classic Beatles album Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band.
It is an original 1969 Re-pressing vinyl copy and is hand signed by Sir Peter Blake who designed the iconic sleeve. It is one of a collection of signed memorabelia that I have collected over the years and has been in a frame on the wall of my music room. My music room however has now become the babys room so I am putting the majority of my collection up for auction so other music fans and collectors can enjoy them as I have.
This particular record was purchased at an antiques/collectors fair . All signatures can be cross referenced on POPSIKE.COM.
The record itself looks to be in very good condition with no major scratches just some whispy lines that are visable when held up to sunlight. I can't tell you how it plays as I bought purely for ornimental purposes and have never played it. The sleeve is in very good condition and comes with original cut outs. All in all it looks really cool framed and hung on a wall. The auction will start at 99p with NO RESERVE so have a punt and grab yourself a piece of Rock 'N' Roll History at a bargain price.
