I am the original owner and nonsmoking home. This album has been played only once. Honest it was recoded on a Nakamich CR-7A and has never been played since. It has been stored vertically in a climate controlled room. It is as close to new and sealed as you can get. There is some cracking on the seam which is common to the original UHQR's. See photos for overall condition. Also included is the original bag it was purchased in!
