Description
The Beatles Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band Picture Disc.
This is UK made sleeve with German pressed picture disc manufactured by Parlophone EMI 1979. Mispressed with Side 1 picture on both sides & "For George and Mabel" & "Another Winner From Ernie" etched into the dead wax. Also has the "gibberish" locked groove at the end of side 2.

Condition of the record is GOOD. Picture discs are quite hard to grade visually, but from what I can see there's quite a few light scratches & scuffs & a couple of more heavier scratches that can be felt with a finger tip.
The record has been cleaned on a Moth mk11 pro record cleaner & played throughout on a Project turn table.
The audio quality is GOOD. Plays very well despite the marks noted above, with fairly clear audio with no distortion or groove wear, but does have light background surface noise heard throughout & some light repetitive tics or clicks, these just start getting annoying before going. Plays throughout with no jumps or sticks. As stated above, it does have the locked groove at the end of side 2 run out.
The sleeve condition is GOOD+. Still fairly presentable at first glance with some minor wear & handling creases to the laminate. The spine is square with only light creases & the A in Hearts missing from the spine text. The edge of the die cut window has 2 small tears & a bit of wear & the opening edge is still fairly sharp with light signs of feathering starting. The inside of the sleeve has what looks like "muddy cat food prints" & the back of the cover has a few small blue paint spots, but there's no unwanted writing or sticker tears anywhere on the sleeve. Graded very conservatively to the Rare Record Price guide, it's still an enjoyable listen & in no way trashed!
