My 45 & LP Grading is as follows.
Mint- The Best, as purchased, Glossy & faultless.
Excellent - Minimal normal wear, played a few times, play through nicely.
Very Good - Not up to excellent but used regularly, still desirable in some LP's.
Good - Obvious use, some minor scratches, play well.
Fair - Played a lot, scratched , Pops etc.
Poor - Damaged. Almost unplayable. A space filler.
I do add + & - to this grading system when needed.
