Description

This is a VG+ UK 1969 Vinyl pressing of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by The Beatles.  Arguably the most influential album in the history of rock music, this album is credited with the moment that rock and pop music had to be accepted as an art form rather than just an extension of dance music.  This one is cool because the EMI one box is one of the best all around values in Beatles albums.  This features the same stampers as the original stereo release (same stamper same sound quality), but the one box (one EMI logo box on the label as opposed to two) was the only pressed into the early 70s, prior to the degradation of vinyl quality in the UK caused by an Oil crisis in the mid seventies.  UK vinyl after that point can be hit or miss with noise issues.  If you want the closest thing to the original masters with the all tube mastering chain - this is it the original sonic presentation of the album as if you bought it at HMV on Oxford Street in 1967.
This version was not issued with the red designed inner sleeves of the previous issues, but with a plain white sleeve.

Thank you for checking this one out!
