Description
Here I am selling my stunning copy of Sgt Peppers by The Beatles.
*I am not a dealer, but I have a lot of experience buying records, and know an absolute gem when I see one. My condition grading is fully in line with the top dealers. I do my best to photograph everything relevant to the record in question, and if there is anything else you feel you need to see, I can take more photos upon request and send via email.*
I have had this record looked over by a professional dealer and he has backed up all of the following:

Comes complete with original red & white inner sleeve & unused cutout sheet.
Aside from this being an EXTREMELY fine copy of this classic, this also bears a rare misprint of text on Side 1.
There is an extra 'dot' in 'Sold in U.K.', which reads 'Sold in.U.K.'
Condition:
Sleeve - VG+ (No tears, one or two small creases at the corners and very minor scuffing, spine fully readable and straight.)
Vinyl - EX+ (Looks unplayed - original owner clearly wasn't a fan, under bright lights, one hairline is visible)
Inner - EX (Very slightly creased and one 2mm tear at the top.)
Cutout - MINT
