Description

The Beatles - Strawberry fields forever/Penny lane U.K first Parlophone mono pressing 1967 copy all original...With this very rare thin paper type G&L sleeve.. Only 250,000 ever pressed.. Very hard to find a decent copy like this one.. 

Cat number - R 5570

Mat number - 7XCE 18416 - 1 + 7XCE 18415 - 2

Stamps - (2 HO) + (5 TG)

Tax code - KT

Other info - Parlophone pressing with Gramophone rim.. Sold in the U.K text.

CONDITION

Record - (EX+) The record has a very deep shine on both sides with only a few of the very lightest scuffs & hairlines remain a great looking copy.. Play quality remains fantastic mono sound with no surface noise at all even track intro is very clear.. A great copy for play or collection..

Labels - (EX+) Very clean labels on both sides all read very well.. (Please see photo's)

Sleeve - (EX/EX minus) The only very small issue with this very rare  picture sleeve is a ultra small mm or less nick at top but I have taken clear photo as this is very small issue and graded EX/EX minus due to this small issue.. The rest remains solid and fully intact all three sides are solid with no splits just the odd crease and slight of colour over the years.. But with only 250,000 ever made of this ultra rare thin paper type sleeve who knows how many have survived the last 46 years..

I have owned this copy from around 1977 and was purchased from R.C magazine.. I have decided now is the time for my collection to go to a new home so they can be treasured and enjoyed by someone else  ....
