NUMBERED 0496693, A BEAUTIFUL FIRM, CLEAN, WHITE STEREO SLEEVE, **TOTALLY COMPLETE**, ALL INSERTS 100% ORIGINAL.

During the past few months it has been a real pleasure to handle such pristine condition Beatles Original Albums, this Stereo White Album is another of the very well cared for examples from the same source. Purchased at the time of release back in 1968, played just a couple of times and carefully stored away until now.

Summary:

The CROWN JEWEL of any Beatles collection, Superb Versions of The Beatles MOMENTOUS UK White Album, in PRISTINE condition, RARELY come on to the open market. This Original FIRST ISSUE Top Opening Stereo LP set, is in truly magnificent condition.

In summary, this IMPRESSIVE Set includes the following:

  • A Numbered 0496693 ORIGINAL, First Issue, Fully Laminated TOP OPENING, stereo GATEFOLD Sleeve.
  • TWO ORIGINAL UK stereo First Issue Apple Label Vinyl LPs,
  • Four ORIGINAL,Full Colour GLOSSY PHOTOGRAPHS, one of each Beatle, plus a protective Photograph spacer.
  • An ORIGINAL, Large Format, Double Sided, Lyric POSTER printed by Garrod and Lofthouse, and,
  • Two Original, matt black die-cut inner record bags.

    • Detailed LP Description:

    The TWO ORIGINAL First Issue stereo Vinyl LPs are on the traditional DARK GREEN Apple label, all bearing ‘Sold in UK Subject to resale.…’ and ‘Mfd in UK’ label text. All four record labels have the wording ‘An E.M.I. Recording’, and each record label has the wording STEREO.

    ALL Four Record labels are in STUNNING Mint Minus condition, beautiful undamaged record labels that look new, under strong light you can just see signs of just oneor two plays on each record label.

    Matrix/Stamper information:

    Disc 1, Side 1 matrix YEX 709-1 & Side 2: YEX 710-1.
    Disc 1, Side 1 stampers: 4 GGO & Side 2: 2 GAM.
    There is an embossed **KT** Tax Code visible on the centre of the side 2 record label.

    Disc 2, Side 3 matrix: YEX 711-1 & Side 4: YEX 712-1.
    Disc 2, Side 3 stampers: 1 HM & Side 4: 7 GAL.

    There is also an embossed **KT** Tax Code visible on the centre of the side 3 record label.

    All four sides of the Vinyl Discs are in beautiful Mint Minus condition, as good as it gets, CLEAN, BRIGHT, UNDAMAGED, GLOSSY, NEW LOOKING vinyl discs, extremely well cared for by the previous owner. Under strong light, it is difficult to fault these discs, if anything there are a couple of minute signs of the records being taken in and out of the black inner bags, in my opinion the records in this set are stunning.

    The two Vinyl LPs come in their ORIGINAL Matt Black Die Cut Inner Bags, both bags are in Excellent Plus condition, NO seam splits to the bags, just mild creasing.

    And housed in it’s original and pristine Mint Minus Top opening numbered Original FIRST ISSUE gatefold sleeve.

    This sleeve is without hesitation, one of the best that i have seen for a long time, it is simply a glorious example. The sleeve is clean and white to the front, middle, and back panels, with NO YELLOWING, and just a couple of tiny minute corner bumps. The number and the embossed wording The BEATLES are perfect. The centre gatefold part of the sleeve is also in perfect condition. The spine edge of the sleeve is also perfect, with NO laminate loss, or flaking, and has the printed wording ‘The Beatles, Stereo PCS 7067-8, Mono PMC 7067-8, clearly legible. The reverse panel of this superb sleeve is also perfect, and the wording Stereo at the top right corner is clear.

    There are Four ORIGINAL Full Colour GLOSSY PHOTOGRAPHS – one of each Beatle, and an original GLOSSY PAPER photo spacer, all of which are in perfectly preserved Mint condition.

    And an ORIGINAL Large Format, machine folded Double Sided, Lyric POSTER printed by Garrod and Lofthouse, also in perfect Mint Minus condition, the poster is as new.

    Audio Quality:

    As expected both discs play perfectly through ALL the tracks, with a strong, powerful Stereo sound quality.

    The Beatles White Album ORIGINAL and COMPLETE example of one of the most INFLUENTIAL Albums of the 20th Century will, no doubt, continue to RISE - especially relevant to this top pristine condition.
