Side 1 Matrix Number = YEX 709-1 Stamper Code = OO.
Side 2 Matrix Number = YEX 710-2 Stamper Code = GRL.
Side 3 Matrix Number = YEX 711-2 Stamper Code = GDL.
Side 4 Matrix Number = YEX 712-1 Stamper Code = GGH.
Sleeve is in Excellent Condition.
