Description
One would be hard pressed to name another album that so satisfyingly covers such an eclectic and broad spectrum of musical styles and genres as what is contained within the grooves of this monumental Beatles double album set. It's all included here..30 songs in all. From the "full speed ahead/can't sit still rockers" Birthday, Back in the U.S.S.R. and Everybody's Got Something to Hide: to blistering heavyweights like Helter Skelter and Yer Blues, to gems for the ages: Blackbird and While My Guitar Gently Weeps.
Nobody before or since has so consistently put all of the pieces together with such lasting impact and bar setting results as did The Beatles aided by their enormously talented Abbey Road team with the incalcuably invaluable George Martin at the helm.
And so some 15 years later when Mobile Fidelity assembled their finest engineers with their collective1/2 speed mastering know-how, proprietary state of the art equipment and materials all passionately and reverentially applied to the project at hand....
The results were a Tremendous Success!
The condition of these two out of print records rank as a conservative VG rating and will provide the winning bidder with a lifetime of quality listening pleasure.
The album jacket is extremely clean inside and out, with the exception of 2 minor semi-circular creases located on the front cover that are virtually undetectable unless closely examined from a heavily tilted, almost horizontal viewing angle.
