SLEEVE = No. 0118116
VG+ . .. a little faded but no splits , a few little thumb creases at the opening and a little laminate peel along the main spine.
The inside of the gatefold is clean and free from writing ..see pics.
INNERS = one has 2 very small tears at the opening (3mm and 5mm)
The other inner has a 10 mm tear and a few tiny nicks to the opening, a 30mm split at bottom spine and split from the top of each side spine - 40 mm down and 90 mm down.
The die cut label holes are both good.
The records will be placed into brand new black poly-lined inners to protect the original ones.
The poster has handling and very small splits to the top two folds and tiny splits to the bottom two.
The 4 photos have a couple of scuffs on each one, a few more on George
VINYL =
Disc 1 = VG ..has some light scratches and scuffing.... No monsters!
The only things I noticed where as follows :- a few little crackles at the end of Rocky Racoon ( in between tracks). 3 light rotational clicks at the end of Don't Pass Me By ( again, in between tracks). A light rotational click at the beginning of I Will and and little crackle on Julia (it's such a quiet track).
Disc 2 = VG+ ..much nicer
I have visually graded under bright light and audibly graded standing next to the speaker where some light crackle can be heard in the quieter passages throughout
Once sat in the chair the thick vinyl is a very nice listen and the sound comes through loud and clear. The audio can be improved further if you have a mode (mono/Stereo) switch on your amplifier and listen to it in true mono.
This has been in my collection for years and has no jumps, sticks or skips.
Not excellent but a nice enough copy!
