Description
Here is an early, uncommon, and somewhat obscure Beatles LP in wonderful condition.

This LP is Metro Records (under MGM) MS-563.

It is the UNCOMMON STEREO PRESSING of this LP. (Stereo copies of this LP tend to be tougher to find than the Mono issues!)

This LP was released August 15, 1966.

This LP is a repackage of the MGM album “The Beatles With Tony Sheridan And Their Guests” that was released in February of 1964 in a green LP cover.

This is an MGM Bloomfield pressing, because “Side 1” is to the left of the center hole.

This LP contains early Beatles recordings and was released because The Beatles were hot recording artists, and ALL of the record labels (except Capitol Records, of course) were trying to find, gain the rights to and release any and every recording made by The Beatles no matter how obscure! Therefore, MGM issued this repackaging of “The Beatles With Tony Sheridan And Their Guests” 2 and ½ years later under the new title “This Is Where It Started” to again draw the record buying public’s attention to the early Beatles tunes.

The COVER is in NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) CONDITION and still in its ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP. Only a small light crease (only on the front cover) at the bottom right corner and some very light aging/”foxing” on the rear cover along the opening keep me from grading the cover Near Mint. There is an original store price sticker on the front shrink wrap. (The COVER is REALLY OUTSTANDING: CLEAN with BRIGHT COLORS and VERY WHITE FOR THE MOST PART.) I

The VINYL is also in NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) CONDITION with just a few very light/slight surface hairlines/scuffs.
It’s an OUTSTANDING HARD-TO-FIND STEREO PRESSING of this Metro (MGM) Records Beatles LP in WONDERFUL CONDITION to add to your vinyl collection.
