THE BEATLES - 'BEATLES VI'
This 1966 UK 1st EXPORT pressing of their seventh Capitol album is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: CPCS 104
Pressed in the UK specifically for sale to U.S. army personnel based in Europe, this album uses the original U.S. mixes
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK....' text but retain 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd...' worded rims.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 1 label.

Housed within a front laminated tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover & original rice-paper lined inner-sleeve

Labels: VERY GOOD +
Both are clean with a few small areas of wear which is mostly confined to the centre holes
Visual: VERY GOOD
Both playing surfaces are clean but do bear several noticeable surface marks, the most noticeable of which is a 6cm non-feelable hairline on side 2. Close inspection beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp reveals some harmless wispy abrasions but no further major marks or wear.
Sound Quality: VERY GOOD
This copy has been played many times and there is noticeable wear to the introduction to 'Kansas City'. However, apart from that small passage of wear, the rest of the album plays without any major deterioration to the sound quality or any other faults.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
A strong and unworn example with an unscratched high-gloss laminate bearing just two small 'thumbnail' wrinkles towards its front opening edge. There is however a significant stain in the upper right corner but the corners themselves are only slightly bruised. The rear panel is clean & white with the only blemish being some staining along the mouth. All flipbacks are intact and both seams are smooth, unstressed & unsplit.
The spine is perfectly clean & unworn with a clear and undamaged text.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
