Description
22 March 1963 (according to Wikipedia) Yellow Label Parlaphone version PMC 1202 Disk Only used condition not played by me, my gramaphone is in storage.
To be honest I looked at this no cover just something in a dust jacket record because it was in a Reprise Records dust jacket and I thought oooh Frank Zappa for my colleciton, alas it is only an original mono apparently first pressing of "Please Please Me" album by the beatles, whoever they are... Side one is a bit scratched and I think this because side 2 is better and gets played more, so going on the old Dansette it got more scratched...
So, one to be played or displayed is my guess, I hope so, it is sure to have crackles and pops and all, and might even skip if you are lucky, put a penny on the stylus if so... ah those were the days... I showed my son and he said "wow its got music on the other side too" ! Bless.
Ask any questions, postage would be nominally £3 for card and bubble wrap or let me know if you want to collect, located canterbury. Note I am an honest guy, this is a 100% charity auction, 10% to oxfam the rest to another not listed on ebay (Behcets) I tried to take pictures showing the scratches so dont say hey its scratched after the event. Thanks any questions please ask I was planning to send in royal mail or myhermes but not checked for exclusions... for sale to UK only due to postage
hey the reprise dust jacket's probably worth 50p... ;-)
