The Beatles Vinyl Record Collection Early 60’s Press Peppers Rubber Soul Vintage.
Great display collection or beginner collection! All from the 60’s, not great players though you could be surprised. Don’t bid thinking you’ll get a Hi-Fi experience! If you don’t mind crackle these are for you!
Please Please Me:
Mono. Cover has tape residue on that seems to have been green at some point. Water damaged. Vinyl is very marked but I seem to remember it plays better than expected. I believe this to be a 1963 press.
With the Beatles:
Mono. Sleeve is a bit torn on the open side, well worn. Vinyl is very marked, a few scratches. I believe this to be a 1963 press.
Beatles For Sale:
Mono. Sleeve is I’m pretty good shape! Vinyl is heavily marked and has a slight warp. I believe this to be a 1964 press.
Rubber Soul:
Mono. Sleeve is in nice condition. Vinyl has a few marks and scratches. I seem to remember this one just sounds quite noisy/crackly, not as noticeable on the loud songs. I believe this to be a 1965 press.
Sgt Pepper:
Mono. Sleeve is slightly faded and the spine is very worn. Includes the insert with the moustache missing. Vinyl is very marked, plays but noisy on the quiet songs. I believe this to be a 1967 press
Magical Mystery Tour:
Stereo. Sleeve is worn, water damage which is mainly noticeable on the gatefold. All but the first and last page are missing from the booklet. Sides of sleeve have split. Vinyl is marked. I believe this to be a 1969 press.
Please inspect the photographs carefully!
