The Beatles / White Album Stereo No. 0308824
Original stereo 1st pressing, catalogue no. PCS 7067/8. 1-1-1-1 Matrix numbers.
This example is complete minus the scarce white paper photo protector; EX with respect to discs, and VG+ sleeve.
Fantastic audio! This is also one of the better playing stereo White Albums I've ever had with regards to surface noise, overall sound etc.
SLEEVE: The Garrod & Lofthouse top-load sleeve is in solid VG+ condition. Nice cream color with light aging. Minor corner bumps and creasing. Laminate is very good with a few small splits at the spine. Virtually no ringwear.
VINYL Side 1: Plays and visually grades a solid, conservative VG+. Two light, long marks that don't affect sound. Minimal surface noise. Matrix YEX 709-1, stamper codes 2GGH.
VINYL Side 2: Plays and visually grades EX. Minimal surface noise. Matrix YEX 710-1, stamper codes 2GAD.
VINYL Side 3: Plays and visually grades EX. Minimal surface noise. Matrix YEX 711-1, stamper codes 3AH.
VINYL Side 4: Plays and visually grades EX. Minimal surface noise. Matrix YEX 712-1, stamper codes...one of those odd ones...there is a G on the left side and on the right side, an M and another symbol (or number) I can't make out.
+ Nice labels and light spindle wear on all sides.
PHOTOS: Original, glossy, EX condition. Lennon has some minor brown spotting at lower border
POSTER: Original, VG+ with some fold wear and spotting.
BLACK INNER SLEEVES: Original, VG w/ fraying and a few tears at top openings.
