Description
The BEATLES ’ WHITE ALBUM’ MONO PMC7067/8
Top Loader No. 0090730
YEX 709-1 / 710-1/ 711-1 and 712-1
Complete UK 1968 copy with BLACK INNERS, 4 PORTRAIT PHOTOS and POSTER/LYRIC SHEET with A very nice set of records with still great undistorted MONO sound.
VISUAL: The vinyl has a few surface markings but is relatively unmarked. Side 3 possibly has a few more marks than the other sides.
AUDIO: No sticks, jumps or annoying deep scratches. Occasional surface clicking and pops only. They play really well! Very Good PLUS overall!
LABELS: VG to Excellent. Side 1 has a couple of scuff marks on the green apple. side 4 has the KT tax coding embossed around the spindle hole. All 4 sides have less than average spindle markings and have no writing and stickers.
WHITE GATEFOLD: This is a genuine 1968 UK release with the records opening from the TOP. It has the number 0090730 on the front. The number has slightly faded over the years but the embossed number is clear when tilted to the light. There is some visible ringwear but no marks, writing or sticky bits. Obviously it is not as white as it once was but overall it’s a solid VERY GOOD ++ (verging on the excellent) example with a very nice clear and strong spine which has not lost its laminate covering.
BLACK INNERS: The original die cut inners do have some splits and tears and have been sellotaped. Still good but fragile!
The 4 portrait photos are in EXCELLENT condition, as is the POSTER and LYRIC sheet which has the 'strawberry kiss'.
Overall a very decent, collectible MONO copy with a good lowish number under 100,000!
Will post worldwide!
