WITH THE BEATLES – ORIGINAL 1963 UK BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE **MONO** VINYL LP - PMC 1206.
Album Description/Condition:
First released on the 22nd November 1963, this was the 2nd Beatles UK release, this is the mono version.
Both record labels have the ‘The Parlophone Co Ltd’ label rim, ‘Made in Gt Britain’ & recording first published 1963 label text.
Both record label are in Excellent to Excellent Plus condition. CLEAN labels - NO fading to the silver printed text, showing a little wear to the centre spindle holes, and some centre spider trails on each label .
The side 1 matrix is: XEX 447-7N and side 2: XEX 448-7N.
Side 1 stampers: 315 GHT and side 2: 3 GTL
There is a KT Tax Code visible on the side 1 record label.
Both sides of the HEAVYWEIGHT Vinyl Disc are in Excellent Plus condition, both sides of the vinyl still retain their deep gloss finish, showing only a couple of light non sounding surface hairlines, wit NO deep scratches or scuffs visible.
Audio Quality:
The LP plays superbly well throughout all of the tracks, a very powerful mono sound quality.
The LP comes in it’s original polythene lined Use Emitex Inner bag which is in Excellent Plus condition, NO seam splits or handwriting just light creasing.
…And is protected in it’s ORIGINAL Laminated Garrod & Lofthouse, Three Flip Back Sleeve, with large 'MONO’ printed to the top right hand corner of the front of the sleeve.
The sleeve is in Excellent condition, a strong firm very clean and ULTRA GLOSSY front panel, showing nothing more than mild record indentation to the front, and a few laminate pinches, the reverse of the sleeve shows light age toning, and the previous owners name written in ink at the top, the spine edge and other edges are undamaged.
An extremely fine condition original 1963 UK Beatles album now nearly 50 years old.
