INFO:  
Germany very 1st REPRESS with 1 C 192... NUMBER (later releases have 1 C 172... NUMBERS), and with 1st VERSION TOP OPENING GATEFOLD SLEEVE (with 1 C 192... number printed on spine), inside FLIP-BACKS, WHITE POLY INNER´s, POSTER, 4 PHOTO INSERTS and, and....COMPLETE SET!!!!!
The TOP-OPENING GATEFOLD was produced for the very 1st RELEASE (SMO....), but early 70´s APPLE change the numbers from SMO (Odeon number) to APPLE, all so the sleeve later was produced at SIDE opening, so ONLY  VERY 1st REPRESS RELEASES became the 1st TOP-OPENING GATEFOLD with NEW NUMBER (on spine printed)! 
GOLD STICKER "Deutscher Schallplatten Preis"....
