Description
The Beatles.
White Album, No. #0128114
PMC 7067-8
Matrix Numbers: XEX 709-1 / XEX 710-1 & XEX 711-1 / XEX 712-1
This is a very first pressing because of the top loading gatefold sleeve and I have graded this album in accordance with The Beatles Collection website and everything else matches up to say it's a first pressing.
The only things missing are the black inner sleeves ( replaced with plain white ones) and the four pictures.
Outer Sleeve: this sleeve is in ok. There is the name 'Kirk' written in red in the top right corner of the front cover (damn you Kirk!). There is a dark circular water mark on the front as well with small creases along the edges, edge and corner wear. Apart from that the sleeve is fairly clean and still holds a good shape.
The Spine: the lament has come away from the spine making it difficult to read the text (see photos).
The Labels: are in excellent condition with only a few light spindle marks. No writing or marks over the text.
The Poster: still intact but there are some tears in places where it's been folded.
The Disc: again, in excellent condition. Has retained its original sheen and is clean and crisp. There very small surface marks which do not make any significance when playing the record. On playing the record, it is cleans and crisp and plays really well. All in all both sides work very well without any jumping or skipping.
These details are to the best of my knowledge and the item has been thoroughly checked.
