The Beatles White Album

Stereo No 001482 A Pretty Low Number.........

Cover Laminated Top Loader . Flip back on the inside of the gatefold . Very minor creases . Light scratches . Still lovely and shiny .

Vinyl is at best Very Good plays through with a bit of crackle .

Hairline Cracks , marks and fingerprints visible in strong daylight

The nasty mark you see in the photo plays through with no discerning difference to the rest of the record .

I’ve not attempted to clean the vinyl.

All sides are printed with ‘ An E.M.I Recording ‘

Matrix Numbers are as follows

Side1 YEX 709-1 stamper HO

Side2 YEX 710-1 stamper HL

Side3 YEX 711-1 stamper G or CML

Side4 YEX 712-1 stamper GGL

All the above mean nothing to me but sure White Album aficionados will know if the vinyl is an early run .

I’ve had this album for ages and bought it with little knowledge of matrix numbers and such like .

So I can not vouch that the vinyl came with cover and contents when originally purchased back in 1968 almost 50 years ago

I can imagine that vinyl and contents must get swapped about quite a bit on these albums to make up the contents and increase value .

That being said if you’ve got clean original vinyl of this album and maybe a high number or a tatty cover you’ve got a chance at getting this nice Low Number

Included are 4 prints and the poster all with Very light wear .

Both inner sleeves are a bit tatty with splits and one is repaired with Scotch tape .

Will send to the winning bidder in stiff mailer with bubble wrap.

I’m adding this as a footnote to my description as there seem to be quite a few watchers and views . It’s just a reiteration that the vinyl is not in the greatest condition . As mentioned in my description it is marked and scuffed and does have an unsightly mark which is visible in one of the photos . It plays through with no jumps but does have crackle .

I’m assuming the interest lies in its low number rather than the condition of the vinyl .

I’m an honest seller and just want everyone to be aware.

I can of course answer any questions and provide more photos.
