Description
This mono White Album was pressed by EMI in 1981 and sold separately along with the rest of The Beatles mono back-catalogue. The records were produced in limited numbers and the following year were included in the BC1 box set.
This copy looks barely played as I hope you can see from the photos of the record labels and the records. There are no fellable scratches. The records have been looked after carefully and play on my mono system with minimal background/surface noise. There are no skips, jumps or loud pops. The records come in anti-static sleeves.
The gatefold cover opens at the side. It is, correctly, not numbered and is plain, eggshell finish and unlamented. The Beatles is embossed on the front panel but only lightly and is difficult to capture on the photos. The cover is fully intact with hardly any wear. The spine is intact and legible but again, difficult to capture on the photos.
The set is complete with the four portrait prints and the lyrics sheet which has not been unfolded. All these inserts are in 'as new' condition, albeit not the quality of the 1968 first pressing versions.
I will package everything carefully with the records outside the gatefold cover. Please note, I do not accept returns.
