Description
This is The Beatles White Album No. 040440 - Mono
PMC 7067 and PMC 7068 (XEX 709, XEX 710, XEX 711, XEX 712)
It is a first pressing as the phrase "An E.M.I. recording" is omitted on the left of the label above 33 1/3. Also the legend "Sold in the UK subject to resale price conditions, see price lists" is included.
The photo is of the actual item. I do not have the means to listen and grade this. I can only tell you that it was my mother's copy bought in 1968. She listened to it alot. And I did too in the 1980's. A visible inspection shows light scratches on all sides. The sleeve has a slight rip at the top of the slit where the record goes into the sleeve - this is visible in the picture. The insert/poster is still in one piece but where it has been folded up it is starting to come apart. The original dark brown sleeves are also fraying and the discs protrude through the ends. The pictures are in good condition. There is no spacer. Overall this is still a "good" copy.
Carriage is £4.95 - posted in strong cardboard with all edges protected. I can post abroad - it will be £25 outside Europe - £15 inside Europe.
