The Beatles ~ White Album. Original 1968 Stereo version.

Double LP gatefold cover in good condition. A small piece of damage on the side to the plastic film stuck over the top of the cardboard cover. No.0536915. 4 black photos on inside of the cover in very good condition for their age. Very faint crease mark over the far left image. A few light glue/dirt marks to the back of the cover.
4 seperate images of the band in perfect condition. Still in original cellophane wrapping. No damage to these images at all.
Poster in very good condition. Usual crease marks but in great condition for age.
Both black slip covers have crease marks around the edge of the records but again, in good/reasonable condition otherwise. No tears.
Records themselves are in almost perfect condition. I have given each side a full play through on a high quality system and I was really impressed with how well they sounded. Very very faint background noise in some parts but really not noticeable. These have been extremely well looked after and have had very little play. No cracks, slips, skips or scratches at all. A real pleasure to listen through. Not far off how they would've sounded back in '68.
Handed down to me by my Dad who purchased them new in 1968. He knew how to look after them and brought his usual ocd to these. Since he got rid of his record player they've been stored upright in a case away from sunlight and damp.
Overall a really great example of the White Album.
