All label include the 'Sold in UK..'  and 'An EMI Recording' texts.

Housed in a fully laminated, top-opening gatefold cover numbered: No.0282712

This particular cover has the rarer 8mm square 'wide' spine.

Complete with original matt black inner-sleeves, poster & 4 colour photos.

All are clean & untarnished with just a single spindle trail to the side 2 and side 4 centre holes.

Visual

Both Discs: EXCELLENT +

Rare to find disc 1 of this set in this fine state. Both playing surfaces are completely unmarked and 'as new' in strong daylight with just a few harmless wispy marks from the inner-sleeve visible beneath halogen light. Clearly barely played, there is no trace of any groove/playwear distortion just, as usual, some light vinyl background on the introduction to 'Martha My Dear'. Our careful play-check at volume found no further audible issues either side.

Disc 2 has clean & glossy playing surfaces showing just a few faint wispy marks from the inners directly beneath halogen light. All tracks play cleanly and clearly throughout with again, just a hint of vinyl background in quieter spots, but no ticks, clicks or any other noticeable issues.

A strong and most importantly white example with no yellowing or discoloured areas anywhere. The outer laminate is perfectly clean & glossy with no 'thumbnail' or any other wrinkles. The laminate is intact around the raised wording and the number is clean & readable. There is slight bruising to the upper right corner and a small scratch in the lower left, but all of the top-opening edges are clean & undamaged. Both panels inside the gatefold are immaculate. The 'wide' spine is unbent with no broken or flaking laminate and all of the text is clear and easily readable. A tiny 1.5cm rub to the rear edge of the spine beneath the mono number is the only trace of wear along the entire spine. All seams are smooth, unstressed and unsplit.

Inner-sleeves: EXCELLENT +

Both are clean, flat & uncreased with no seam splits, or wear to the opening edges. There are 4cm sticker removal marks on one side of each which are barely visible.
