Description
I personally purchased this record (double album) new from a major Importer probably 40+ years ago. I believe it is the Beatles first Apple branded label but sponsored by the famous EMI company. The fidelity of this Stereo pressing is magnificent, way better than a typical 1968 Pop record. The vinyl is Excellent+ EXCEPT Side 3 of record 2, the first cut, "Birthday" has a very shallow. but noticeable fingernail mark, about an inch long. Also, note the small "Last" sticker on Side 1, record 1. Last is a very high end record preservative used by the U.S. Library of Congress for their valuable records. I have played these records only a couple of times on a very high end turntable/cartridge system. All sides play really nice on this sensitive system. The embossed cover is a bit discolored, minor wear. The inside spine is still good! The original lyric pages and poster are also in nice condition. VG++. This rare album has had exceptional care. IMPORTANT: I will carefully pack this record/ If you are not completely satisfied, a refund will be credited, after I receive it back in the IDENTICAL SAME condition as received!
