Description
Offered for auction is a top loader early Beatles "Stereo" White Album (Possibly first first press but I am not sure)
It has been well played and may have some playing issues but again it may not as I am unable to test play it.
Visually I would grade the vinyls as G with lots of marks and light scratches but nothing too deep that would suggest issues but again I am not sure. It will certainly have surface noise I would guess. (please see photos)
The cover has light creases and Edge/corner ware due to age but actually it is in pretty good order considering it is nearly 40 years old with no tears or splits that I can see. It has help up better than the vinyl.
Matrix numbers are: side 1 YEX709 1 Side 2 YEX710 1 side 3 YEX711 1 Side 4 YEX712 1
The black inner sleeves are not too great showing creases and nibbles to the tops and one has split down the side. Both have a sticker from a previous owner which I have left in place. The photos of the Fab four are here and are actually in good order. The poster again is really good. These usually tear at the fold seems but this has survived really well with no tears.
I assume it's a first UK Stereo Press Numbered with Embossed Beatles writing on the front cover.
It is what it is. An original well loved and well played Beatles White album. I will not be accepting returns so please bear that in mind when bidding.
Not sure what all the letters in the dead wax mean but here they are for what it is worth Side 1 HH 4 Side 2 GRD 2 Side 3 GDM 2 Side 4 PG Hard to make out the number but it could be a 6 or an 8 or even a G
Please Note : I normally only sell Vinyl that is excellent or better but as these include some unusual presses I have offered them as a joblot. I honestly haven't play tested the album as I have no deck at the moment so it may all play perfectly. I will not be accepting returns so i will leave it up to you weather you bid or not. Having said that I have graded it as fairly as I can so you have at least some idea. I as a buyer, wouldn't want to purchase vinyl that is not playable so do not do it to others. I have bought vinyl that was said to be NM and they have been awful condition so I know how that feels. Like I have stated, I normally only sell EX or better so my grading is on the cautious side of things.
