Description
The Beatles White Album mono vinyl 1968
Sleeve and vinyl V Good visually...complete with , black inners, poster, pics, 3 spacers Playback = excellent,
side 1: Matrix / Runout: XEX 709-1 side 2: Matrix / Runout: XEX 710-1 side 3: Matrix / Runout: XEX 711-1 side 4: Matrix / Runout: XEX 712-1
But for one photo spacer this would be 100% complete ( 1 of the 3 white spacers present does have some staining and one inner is frayed in the centre a bit; all round excellent copy though) - poster and photos - fairly clean and intact
PLAY TESTED: side 1: - opens really well, no noise, plays great slight, static pop at end of Guitar weeps side 2: - really good all the way through, no noticeable clicks side 3: - there is clicking at opening of MNS - the rest is great side 4: - is great, some crackles in quiet bits, cry baby into rev 9 e.g. Savoy Truffle SOUNDS AWESOME
There is no 'emi recording...' printed in side 4; this is present on all other sides so I believe it is this version: https://www.discogs.com/release/12021613-The-Beatles-The-Beatles described as: Top opening G & L Gatefold Sleeve, Black Inners, Poster & 4 Colour Prints, Dark Green Label, with Ⓟ & "Sold In The UK...." Text. Numbered Edition.
This was released with the text 'An E.M.I. Recording' on Side 1, 2 and 3 but without the text 'An E.M.I. Recording' on Side 4.
FYI - As far as I can see the mothers and stampers read as follows
Side 1 7 GMR
side 2 1 MT
Side 3 1 RP
side 4 1 A
