Here we have one of the distinguished old ladies from the early 60's. I've done my best to prove its authenticities (and with my eyes that's quite challenging enough). Released 22 November 1963 PMC 1206. It appears that all the first batch were 'mono' with stereo coming along later. (I'm prepared to be corrected on that).
Label matrices XEX 447 & 448; run-out matrices the same + '10'. There are other marks on the run-out that have beaten me. On 'Side 1' I think I can make out GHD (or perhaps G11D); on 'Side 2' I'm pretty sure we have GTR. 
As seems to be often the case the sleeves were printed by Ernest J. Day AND Garrod & Lofthouse, and it would appear that distribution of which to where was a pretty random exercise. This copy is Garrod & Lofthouse and the title of B3 is incorrectly shown as 'You Really Gotta Hold on Me'. Correctly it is 'Got a Hold' as per the label.
Condition. I really have anguished over how to grade this album - luckily, I don't get out much - and I believe the vinyl deserves 'Excellent' with a couple of time-related caveats. There are some pretty superficial marks which, once attacked with a spirit-based cleanser and de-stated, often become even more superficial The sleeve must drop to Very Good if only because of all the thumb-prints on the non-laminated surface. Also there is a small scuff-mark to the lower-left side of the second paragraph on the right.  It's like talking about an old friend, and it wasn't even the first LP I bought:- But it was the second.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."
