- Second Australian version, 2nd variant, released in March 1964. Sleeve is identifiable by the Stereo and Mono catalogue identifiers on the rear of the sleeve. The actual first press only has the Mono catalogue on the back of the sleeve, which were in use from February 1964.
- Label also credits track 2.7 “Money” as a Belinda credit, which was in place for later releases, whereas with the original The Beatles - With The Beatles, it credits the early “Tu-Con” instead.

Condition
Sleeve is in VG to VG+ condition..fully intact with some ringwear as per pics.
The Vinyl is in play graded VG+ and looks VG to VG+...plays beautifully , loud and clear. Scuffs are visible as per pics...these are surface only . No deep cuts or repetitive ticks. The odd crackle and pop and some BG noise here and there...overall a real nice copy
